Cassidy, a growing heavy construction company and part of Quanta Services, is seeking a self-motivated Equipment Coordinator to join our Equipment Acquisition department. This full-time, permanent position is based in Prairieville, LA, and is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work directly with project managers to identify equipment needs, track our company-owned fleet, source rental equipment, and maintain accurate maintenance records to help keep projects moving forward. What You'll Do Communicate with project managers to understand equipment needs for upcoming and active jobs. Track the location, status, and assignment of company-owned equipment across projects. Locate and source rental equipment when job needs exceed available fleet. Maintain accurate maintenance records for all equipment and follow up on service that is due or overdue. Keep equipment data current and report on fleet availability and utilization as requested. What You'll Bring Working knowledge of equipment and fleet. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with project managers and clarify what each job needs. Ability to track equipment, locate rentals, and keep maintenance records accurate and organized. Preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficiency in Excel is a plus.
