What you'll do

Provide highly specialized support of Infor M3 ERP systems application
Continuously troubleshoot and analyze using Power BI, Power Query, SSAS, and SSRS tools

What you need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or closely related field
Two years of work experience in an information technology system support position
Work with the Infor M3 ERP system
Provide Infor M3 ERP application support to end-users, including identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving application and integration issues
Implement Infor M3 ERP upgrades and modifications, customization and integration, and process improvement and maintenance
A foreign degree/diploma or work experience or a combination equivalent to the required U.S. bachelor’s degree is accepted

Duties include highly specialized support of Infor M3 ERP systems application, requiring continuous troubleshooting and analysis using Power BI, Power Query, SSAS, and SSRS tools.
