What you'll do

- Redline a services agreement
- Draft a lease abstract
- Build scalable processes
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or related field or equivalent experience. Law background preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm, in-house department, or related environment. Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program is a plus. Demonstrated ability to independently review, draft, and revise contracts and legal agreements with limited supervision. Experience with legal document management, contract lifecycle management (CLM) preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Actual compensation is based on various factors, such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level, and is finalized at the time of offer.

We are hiring a critical member to support our Legal team. You will work closely with the General Counsel and the Commercial Counsel. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable redlining a services agreement, drafting a lease abstract, and building scalable processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently in a growing, fast-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
