Kaizen Collision Center in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an experienced Collision Repair Estimator ready to handle a steady workload and maximize earning potential.
WHAT WE NEEDProven collision repair estimating experience
Strong sales and closing skills
CCC ONE experience
Insurance, DRP, and supplement knowledge
Blueprinting and high-volume estimating experience
Progressive claims experience is a plus.
