You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, promote independence, and provide compassionate care as part of a supportive nursing team. What You’ll Do: Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, transfers, feeding, and toileting Obtain and document vital signs Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Encourage resident independence and self-help skills Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident areas Treat every resident with dignity, courtesy, and respect Follow oral and written directions Work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members Follow the direction of nursing and staffing leaders Provide care according to each resident’s established plan of care Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned 📋 What We’re Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older Must be certified by the State of Minnesota or enrolled in an approved Nursing Assistant course Must be listed on, or eligible for, the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry Ability to follow oral and written instructions Dependable and responsible Strong commitment to quality resident care Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate attitude and respect for older adults. 🌟 JOIN THREE LINKS!
