What you'll do

Perform maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and groundskeeping.
Address minor maintenance issues, maintain the grounds, and handle snow removal in winter.

What you need

Requires a minimum of one year of facilities experience, a current driver's license and clean driving record, and the ability to work collaboratively and respectfully.
Must be physically able to carry, lift 30 pounds, stand, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.

Facilities Maintenance Pay: $17.00 – 19.00/HR Are you someone who loves fixing things and making sure everything is working smoothly? Ensure buildings are safe and functional by performing maintenance tasks like carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and groundskeeping. You address minor maintenance issues promptly, conduct carpentry repairs and painting, and maintain the grounds to high standards. In the winter, you handle snow removal duties to keep our residents safe. Requirements A minimum of one year of facilities experience Current driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to work effectively, collaboratively, and respectfully Flexibility to work varied hours to meet the needs of the department Physical ability to carry, lift (30 pounds), stand, bend, kneel, and climb as needed At Crystal Springs, we invest in the people who make our mission possible.
