What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training/certifications preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in a facilities role with strong background in HVAC and electrical maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and digital maintenance tools.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Forklift certification or scissor lift operation experience.

We are seeking a skilled Facility Technician with hands-on experience in HVAC systems and electrical work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily facility maintenance activities, ensuring operational safety, and performing routine and emergency repairs on electrical, mechanical, and building systems. This role includes responsibility for, executing both preventive and corrective maintenance, performing scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks & maintaining compliance with safety standards and NOV internal policies. The Facility Technician plays a key role in supporting a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.
