Field Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Field Engineer will be responsible for field\nverifying units, ensuring all casework and millwork are built correctly and fit\nperfectly according to the contract specifications. This role requires an eye\nfor detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively\nmanage data and documentation. \n Responsibilities: Conduct\n site visits to verify that units are built per contract specifications. Assess\n the current condition of job sites and ensure readiness for verification. Take\n accurate field measurements and document them appropriately. Coordinate\n with General Contractors\n to schedule site visits and gather site-specific details. Build\n positive relationships to facilitate smooth information exchange and\n collaboration. Documentation\n of each unit, noting dimensions on drawings or directly on photos. Ensure\n accurate and timely data management to support the next phase of project\n updates. Utilize\n effective communication skills to gather and share necessary information\n for project success. Requirements 1+\n years of construction experience required. Beginner\n knowledge of construction equipment & techniques, drawing &\n specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to\n the project. Beginner knowledge of AutoCAD software Proficiency\n in using tools such as tape measures, handheld lasers, iPads/Surfaces, and\n 3D lasers. Strong\n understanding of construction blueprints and the ability to interpret them\n accurately. Excellent\n organizational and data management skills. Ability\n to work independently and as part of a team. Strong\n problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
