What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations, provide emergency on-call service, and deliver and pick up chemicals.
- Support customers by training them on product usage and safety, resolving concerns, and negotiating service renewals and pricing.
What you need
- Requires a valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving history, ability to work in a fast-paced physical role, and ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical experience is preferred.

As a Field Service Technician Trainee, you will:
Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations.
Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services.
Provide emergency on-call service.
Deliver and pick up chemicals.
Collect payments and follow up on accounts.
Build rapport with customers and resolve concerns.
Train customers on product usage and safety.
Negotiate service renewals and pricing.
What You’ll Need:
A valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving history.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role.
Comfort with driving and mechanical tasks (experience preferred).
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
A strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset.
