Now Hiring: Field Service Technician – Chicago, IL Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service Technician to join our Chicago team in Bensenville, IL. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route. About the Role After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle. What You’ll Get $60,000-$65,000 annually , with a typical 40-45 hour workweek including hourly pay, overtime, and on-call bonuses Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM On-call rotation: Once every 6-8 weeks Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training Benefits & Perks Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period Paid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per year Paid Holidays: 6 company-observed holidays + 1 floating holiday Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, company-paid life and disability coverage, voluntary benefits, pre-tax savings accounts (FSA), and employee discounts.
