What you'll do
- Welcome and check in patients, schedule imaging appointments, verify insurance and obtain authorizations, answer calls, maintain patient records, and assist with billing documentation.
- Support multiple imaging centers while delivering customer service.
What you need
- Medical office or hospital experience and insurance verification and authorization experience are preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, strong computer and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are sought.

Northern Float Patient Service Representative across multiple Touchstone Medical Imaging centers including Wheat Ridge, Thornton, Lafayette and Uptown locations
(Aurora optional).
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Full-Time,
Varying hours from 6:30am-9pm
(Hours based on business needs)

Lumexa Imaging partner Touchstone Medical Imaging is looking for a friendly, dependable Float Patient Service Representative to support our Southern Colorado imaging centers full-time, weekdays, Monday-Friday.
Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between assigned locations.

What You'll Do
Welcome and check in patients

Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
Answer incoming phone calls
Check patients in and out
Maintain accurate patient records
Assist with billing-related documentation
Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting multiple imaging centers
What We're Looking For
1+ year of medical office or hospital experience preferred
Insurance verification and authorization experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong computer and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
is determined based on several factors, including experience, certifications, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. Benefits and bonus eligibility vary based on position and employment status.
