We expect this person to use AI tools daily to work faster while applying judgment to ensure that all work product is accurate, concise, and aligned with our company voice. Key Responsibilities Consolidation Build the enterprise consolidation for monthly actuals, Latest Estimates, and the annual operating plan. Coordinate close timing with Accounting and reconcile market submissions to the general ledger and prior versions. Produce monthly preliminary results on an accelerated timeline following close. Prepare variance analysis versus plan, Latest Estimate, and prior-year results. Reporting Produce the monthly financial review package, including operating profit, key financial metrics, market and segment P&Ls, corporate expenses, inventory, cash flow, and loan balances. Planning Support & Analysis Manage planning administration, including templates, calendars, and submission tracking. Maintain the monthly finance calendar and key deadlines. Provide data and analysis supporting overhead, headcount, cash flow, debt, and balance sheet forecasting. Perform data pulls, reconciliations, and ad hoc analyses for directors and managers. The analyst owns the mechanics of the process, while final sign-off for consolidation, capital planning, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting remains with the Directors and SVP Finance. Working with the Team Partner with Accounting, market finance managers, and directors to collect inputs and resolve discrepancies before results are distributed. Prioritize recurring monthly responsibilities, with ad hoc projects managed around the finance calendar. Gain exposure to RFP P&Ls, market projects, and M&A support as part of a development path toward a Finance Manager role. AI & Productivity Expectations We expect daily, practical use of AI, with the analyst maintaining ownership of the quality and accuracy of all outputs. Use Microsoft Copilot (Chat and Cowork) or similar tools to pull, reconcile, and summarize data across financial files, market financials, comments, and notes. Use AI to create first drafts of variance commentary, reporting narratives, and presentation content, then refine those drafts into concise leadership-ready communications. Validate AI-generated outputs against source data before sharing. Identify and implement opportunities to automate recurring finance processes and share best practices with the team. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or public accounting. Experience supporting month-end reporting and multi-entity or multi-market consolidations. Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data modeling. Strong PowerPoint skills.
