WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, creating a welcoming, compassionate, and professional experience
* Guide patients through each stage of their visit, answering questions and helping them feel supported throughout their fertility journey
* Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while following provider scheduling templates and coordinating patient flow
* Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, making recommendations to ensure an efficient patient experience
* Collect patient payments and help ensure insurance and demographic information is accurate and up to date
* Partner closely with physicians, nurses, financial counselors, and administrative staff to coordinate exceptional patient care
* Process medical records requests and maintain accurate patient information
* Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
* Support daily office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining front desk and waiting room areas, and ensuring the clinic presents a professional and welcoming environment
* Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on delivering an outstanding patient experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum 1 year of administrative, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in a medical office, clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting
* Experience in a patient-facing or front desk role
* Associate degree or coursework in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
* Experience with EMR/EHR systems
