Your Role As our Full-Time On-Call Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting resident health, safety, and continuity of care. Providing direct nursing care to residents when responding to an on-call need Supporting safe medication administration and management Supervising and assisting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Responding to changes in resident condition and urgent clinical needs Collaborating with nursing leadership and the care team to maintain high standards of resident care The position includes regularly scheduled hours as well as on-call responsibilities.
