Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D Good standing with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Oregon Physical Demands: The physical demands described below are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions for this job: Work in a standing position Lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis for a distance of 50 feet, up to 35 pounds on a frequent basis for a distance of 10 feet, and up to 50 pounds for a distance of 10 feet occasionally. Use hands, arms, and fingers to handle tools or operate equipment Stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl May be required to use ladders and/or stairs Note: Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Applicant must have a current pharmacist license in Oregon in good standing, and must undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.
