HealthPartners is hiring a Health Policy Fellow Intern. The goal of the Policy Fellow program is to help an aspiring attorney, compliance officer, policy analyst or government relations professional build a working understanding of the state legislative process, its impact on the health care industry, and methods for encouraging or discouraging legislative interventions.
The fellow will learn how to analyze legislative text, research policy context, summarize key provisions, and synthesize feedback from internal stakeholders. Working for an integrated care system will also provide exposure to both health insurance and care delivery settings, including opportunities to network with professionals in compliance, legal, government relations, and other departments based on the fellow’s interests.
