Perform and/or review takeoffs (using an outside takeoff service on some jobs, and their own on others)
Select HVAC equipment and specialty air-movement products using manufacturer selection tools

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on order entry, documentation, and project administration
Work primarily in Bluebeam and On-Screen Takeoff for plan review and takeoffs, Microsoft Office day to day, and manufacturer pricing/equipment-selection tools, with the team transitioning toward a dedicated rep order management platform.
