What you'll do
- Provide 1:1 intervention with children with autism, implement behavior intervention plans, manage challenging behaviors, and collect and document data.
- Communicate with supervisors and families, adapt to changing systems and schedules, and work across home, school, and clinic settings.
What you need
- Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
- Prior ABA experience is preferred but not required; a degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
Collect and document data accurately
Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
Work across home, school, and clinic settings
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required

Reliability and strong follow‑through
Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required)
Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Schedule in Santa Ana, CA:
Afternoon shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 - 7:30 PM.
