Full-Time Home Care Consultant Caring Senior Service of Fort Worth, Texas Service Area: Fort Worth, Texas & surrounding communities Make a Difference in the Lives of Seniors Caring Senior Service helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are looking for a Full-Time Home Care Consultant to build strong community relationships, generate referrals, and help connect seniors and their families with quality in-home care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, compassionate professional who enjoys networking, developing relationships, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. What You’ll Do Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, social service organizations, and other community partners Develop and execute outreach activities to generate new client referrals Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, networking events, and professional meetings Identify new referral sources and business development opportunities Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, contacts, and outreach activities in the company CRM Follow up with referral partners and prospective clients in a timely and professional manner Work closely with the care team to support a positive experience for clients and their families Help achieve referral, client growth, and community outreach goals Stay informed about local senior resources, healthcare services, and community organizations What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, or business development preferred Healthcare, senior care, home care, or related industry experience Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Professional, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable making phone calls, visiting referral partners, and developing new business relationships Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Fort Worth service area Passion for helping seniors and supporting families in their communities Compensation & Benefits $40,000–$45,000 annual salary , based on experience and qualifications Full-time position Bonus opportunities Training and professional development Career growth opportunities Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families Apply Today If you enjoy building relationships, connecting with the community, and helping seniors receive the care they need at home, we would love to hear from you.
