What you'll do

Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
Maintain records and documentation of services.
Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.

What you need

Ability to monitor vital signs
Dependable transportation
Current CPR certification

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in in Pecos, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager. This patient has the following schedule openings: Monday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
