HR Strategic Projects internship

Job Responsibilities
The intern would have the opportunity to support a variety of strategic and operational HR initiatives, including:
Analyze workforce, engagement, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Support talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, onboarding, and learning initiatives.
Research best practices and contribute to programs that strengthen employee development and organizational effectiveness.
Assist with process improvement efforts, policy reviews, HR technology initiatives, and special projects.
Complete a capstone project that addresses a current business or HR challenge
Present recommendations and findings to HR leadership at the conclusion of the internship

Pay range is commensurate with education, experience, specialized skills or certifications, etc.

$18—$22 USD
