Human Resource Intern - Summer 2027 Requisition # 2026-56032 Job Locations US-SC-West Columbia Category Training/Development What Drives Success Our interns play an active role in supporting key projects and learning the day-to-day operations of their function. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and designed to provide meaningful professional experience while contributing to Allied Air’s goals. Responsibilities and Expectations: Support the HR team with assigned projects and daily operations. Analyze data, identify trends, and assist with reporting or project summaries. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to complete deliverables and share insights. Take ownership of individual tasks and meet project deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and systems. Present project findings or outcomes to the HR team and business leaders at the end of the internship. What We Are Looking For We’re looking for motivated students who are eager to apply what they’ve learned in the classroom to real business challenges. The ideal candidate is dependable, engaged, and ready to make an impact in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement What We Offer Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80 – $22.00 /hour . This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
