As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced technicians and installers, gaining valuable field experience while providing exceptional customer service and learning industry best practices. Assist HVAC technicians and installers with residential service and installation projects Load, unload, verify, and transport equipment, materials, and tools needed for daily assignments Support the installation and replacement of residential HVAC systems, including: Air conditioners Furnaces Ductwork Thermostats Ductless mini-split systems Air filtration systems Zoning systems and dampers Low- and high-voltage wiring Utilize hand tools, ladders, gauges, recovery machines, and other HVAC equipment safely and effectively Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory levels Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national codes Maintain a clean and organized job site Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times Participate in ongoing training and development programs to advance technical knowledge and certifications Qualifications Do I have What it Takes? Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn a skilled trade Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently once trained Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Ability to: Lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials Work in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and on rooftops Climb ladders and work at varying heights Bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred At Plumbline Services, we don't just offer jobs—we build careers.
