You will work with the rest of our CSR team to schedule\ncustomers, resolve customer complaints, dispatch our service technicians, and\nperform other duties as assigned. Our Ideal Candidate: The ideal Candidate will be very organized, have knowledge\nin Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, have a strong\nattention to detail, have time management skills and excellent communication\nskills with both co-workers and customers, and have reliable transportation to\nand from the office. Significant additional pay for being on call, working\nnights, weekends and holidays.
