HVAC Maintenance Technicians --- Capable and productive HVAC Maintenance Technicians earn $28.47 - $39.49+/hr! -- This is what our current Techs are earning RIGHT NOW! Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year experience as an HVAC Technician - Must be familiar with Diagnosis and Repair of Heating & Air Conditioning systems including heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, ductless systems, ductwork, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, thermostats and zone controls, etc. - Must be professional and positive in communication - Happy customers and coworkers are your job as much as technical skills. - Must have a Valid Driver's License - Must live within 45 minutes of Sylva, NC - Must have or be able to quickly obtain EPA Certification to handle Refrigerants (we offer in-house course prep and proctoring of Exam) - Must be eager to earn, including the use of technology (iPad, Sophisticated dispatch software, etc) Company Offers: - Performance-based pay -- Capable and productive Technicians earn $28-38/hr or more! - Weekly performance bonus - Company medical plan - Company vehicle - Company Retirement plan - Paid holidays and paid time off - Opportunities for career advancement.
