Experienced Plumbing Service Technician Our current Plumbing Technicians are averaging $47.76/hour in earnings. That isn't a projected earning potential or a "top technician" number - $47.76/hour is what our Plumbing Technicians are averaging right now. Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for experienced, capable Plumbing Service Technicians who know their trade, take pride in their work, and want to be rewarded for being productive. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Plumber or Plumbing Service Technician Strong diagnostic, repair, and installation skills across residential and light-commercial plumbing Experience with water and waste piping, fixtures, water heaters of all types, underground piping, drain cleaning, and related plumbing systems Professional, positive communication with customers and coworkers - taking care of people is just as important as technical ability Valid driver's license Must live within our service area of Jackson, Haywood, Macon, Swain or Buncombe Counties in Western NC, or be willing to relocate to this area.
