What you'll do
- Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
- Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
- Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
- Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
- Perform a proper inspection of the system to prevent future breakdowns.
- Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure recommendations are written on invoices.
- Provide customer leads to sales team after identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements.
What you need
- Two or more years of successful experience as a Service & Repair Technician in the HVAC industry
- EPA Type 1 and 2
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and technical competence
- Sign the Company Code of Ethics and agree to being videotaped for training and compliance
- NATE certification (preferred)

HVAC Service Technicians

Responsibilities:
Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:
Must have two or more years of successful experience as a Service & Repair Technician in the HVAC industry.
EPA Type 1 and 2 required.
NATE certification preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
Must sign the Company Code of Ethics and agree to being videotaped for training and compliance purposes at least six (6) times per year.
