Visit residential customers, diagnose issues, and deliver repairs that restore comfort. Explain maintenance and upgrade options in a way that makes homeowners feel confident. Perform system checks: refrigerant, electrical, airflow, and energy-efficiency upgrades like smart thermostats. End your day knowing you’ve solved problems that truly mattered to families. Who You Are You have at least 2+ years of residential HVAC experience . EPA Certified (Type II or Universal). Customer-focused and professional in appearance, communication, and punctuality. Able to lift 50+ lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle fluctuating temperatures. A safe driver with a valid license and clean record.
