As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be trusted to deliver high-quality service while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and repairs Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams Accurately complete service invoices and job documentation (100% accuracy) Properly close out jobs immediately after completion Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle Use ServiceTitan (or similar software) to manage work orders and documentation Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your career Do I Have What It Takes? We’re looking for professionals who take ownership of their work and care about their craft. Required: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required to drive company vehicle Minimum 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Have basic HVAC tools in possession Preferred (but not required): EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred) NATE Certifications (Core + specialties) preferred, not required Experience using ServiceTitan Ready for More Than Just a Job?
