What You’ll Do As an HVAC Technician , you will work alongside our supportive facilities team to keep equipment running smoothly . HVAC Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, service, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems as an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician . Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections to prevent breakdowns, boost energy efficiency, and act as our trusted HVAC Mechanic on site . Team Collaboration & Impact: Assist on site improvement projects to ensure safety, reliability, and indoor comfort for all building occupants . Positive Energy: Bring a helpful, professional, and can-do attitude to every interaction . What You Bring To The Team 2+ years of experience working as an HVAC Technician , HVAC Maintenance Technician , or HVAC Mechanic Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record EPA Certification (Type I or II preferred) Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, plus pass a background check and drug screen Why Work For The Budd Group?
