About the company
Bloomwell Autism Therapy
Mental health care · 2 to 10 employees
We’re more than a behavior provider—we’re a place where growth, purpose, and impact come together. Every day, we invest in the potential of the individuals we serve and the teammates who make that work possible.
What you'll do
- Provide remote clinical supervision and guidance to ABA programs across multiple locations, while ensuring compliance with state-specific supervision requirements.
- Support temporary and shared caseloads rather than maintaining a fixed, full caseload.
- Collaborate with onsite clinical and operations teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery, clinical outcomes, and quality standards.
- Conduct virtual parent trainings, staff trainings, and supervision sessions, supplemented by required in-person supervision activities.
- Review and provide feedback on treatment plans, behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and progress reports.
- Travel to assigned locations at least once per month for in-person supervision, team support, relationship building, and operational needs.
- Assist with coverage needs, program transitions, and center openings as need.
- For North Carolina-based clients, ensure compliance with telehealth supervision requirements, including conducting at least 50% of supervision services in person. This typically equates to approximately 10–15 hours of in-person supervision per patient per month.
- For North Carolina telehealth coverage, preference will be given to candidates located in or near the Raleigh area to support required in-person supervision while minimizing travel expenses and logistical challenges.
- This role does not carry a permanent full caseload
- Caseload is distributed and flexible, based on business needs and center support requirements
- Focus is on clinical support, consultation, and oversight, rather than full direct caseload ownership
- Candidates must reside in the same state as the caseload they support due to licensure and telehealth regulations
- Example: A BCBA supporting North Carolina clients must reside in North Carolina
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- State licensure (as required) in the state of residence and service delivery
- Minimum 1+ years of BCBA experience preferred
- Experience with telehealth service delivery strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fully remote with intentional, minimal travel (monthly)
- No long-term ownership of a full caseload
- Opportunity to impact multiple teams and locations
- Flexible, dynamic clinical work supporting growth and stability across the organization
