CNC Equipment Support
Independently troubleshoot machine alarms, power supplies, control transformers, contactors, relays, circuit protection, switches, sensors, interlocks, coolant and lubrication controls, motors, pumps, chillers, and related electrical faults.Diagnose servo, spindle, encoder, drive, and CNC-control symptoms to the practical component or system level. Escalate programming, parameter, board-level, OEM-proprietary, or highly specialized control issues to the Level III Lead, engineering, or qualified outside service.Support safe machine recovery and verify correct electrical and safety-system operation before production release.
Safety and Compliance
