What you need
- B.A. degree preferred. IT certifications a plus. Drive for excellent customer service support (internal & external). Ability to work cross-functionally across all departments. Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment. Experience in IT Support is a big plus. Understanding of PC/MacOS technology. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
