Installer – HVAC Entry Level Residential New Construction

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to join the R&R installation team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the HVAC trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow into a long-term career in the industry. You’ll work alongside experienced installers, learning best practices for safety, quality, and clean craftsmanship while honing your craft. Key Responsibilities * Install HVAC systems in new residential homes according to plans and specifications * Fabricate, measure, and install ductwork and ventilation systems * Place and set furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioners * Perform quality checks to ensure clean craftsmanship and proper system performance * Maintain a clean and safe job site; follow all safety and PPE policies * Communicate effectively with builders, foremen, and supervisors * Represent R&R with professionalism and customer-focused service Qualifications * Valid EPA Certification * Washington electrical and Idaho trainee cards * Gas Mech 1 * Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. * Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions. * Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player * Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting. * Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
