What you'll do

Answer prospective clients’ calls, screen cases, gather relevant information, and explain the firm’s services and retainers.
Follow up with leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and convert qualified prospects into retained clients while meeting performance goals.

What you need

Previous experience in phone sales, intake, or customer service is preferred, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Candidates should be organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to discuss legal matters empathetically, handle objections, and close sales; bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

This role is responsible for speaking with prospective clients, evaluating their needs, building trust, and converting qualified leads into retained clients. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from prospective clients. Conduct initial case screenings and gather relevant information. Explain the firm's services and retainers. Follow up with leads and maintain communication. Convert qualified consultations into signed clients. Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM. Meet and exceed individual performance goals. Qualifications: Previous phone sales, intake, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable discussing legal matters with empathy and professionalism. Ability to handle objections and close sales. Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
