Prepare capital call / distribution calculations & notices. Prepare quarterly workpaper packages (BS/SO/TB/etc.) Prepare carried interest calculations as defined in partnership agreements. Prepare and issue quarterly capital statements and financial statements Complete audit confirmation requests Assist on various product enhancement projects as identified by management What You Will Bring: Accounting, Finance or Mathematics major Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles Minimum GPA of 3.2 Proven ability to work as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Experienced in Microsoft Office suite Strong attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving capabilities We are not able to consider candidates who will eventually need sponsorship for continued work authorization in the United States. Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
