What you'll do
- Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms
- Update ERP system with Cycle Count Results and updated inventory quantities
- Maintain and report KPIs around first-pass and reconciled accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally Inventory Supervisors, and Warehouse/Inventory Manager to help solve inventory related issues
- Ensue that Root Cause Report is being filled out
- Identify root causes and work with appropriate functions to develop correct actions and supporting processes to eliminate root causes as identified
- Manage Team effectively to maintain goal of 100% inventory accuracy
What you need
- Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
- Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
- Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Able to perform repetitive movements
- Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)

The inventory Coordinator is a hands-on position and it’s estimated that approximately 50% of a typical day will be physically counting inventory, with the remaining time spent researching root causes and/or working with Cycle count Coordinators reviewing their root cause findings and, proposing and implementing permanent corrective actions to supervisory and management staff.
This role is a 4-day work week.
Friday - Sunday from 4AM - 6:30PM
