Manage vendor orders, cancellations, license bundling, offboarding, and asset records to improve inventory and financial accuracy. Track upcoming renewals, alert internal stakeholders, support client order preparation, and develop forecasts for budgeting and operational planning. Analyze licensing spend, usage, pricing tiers, and product margins to identify consolidation, reallocation, discount, rebate, and pricing opportunities. Partner with Finance, Billing, Account Management, and other internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and recommend practical solutions. What We’re Looking For At least two years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, software licensing, technology sourcing, or vendor management. Hands-on Microsoft licensing experience, including Microsoft 365 and license negotiation or co-terming.
