What you'll do
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, MIS, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
- Completion of at least two upper-level (300/400) courses relevant to the internship discipline
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to support or sponsor any U.S. immigration benefit (such as, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, STEM OPT) at this time.
- Prior internship, co-op, research, or independent project experience, along with the ability to clearly explain their individual contributions, decisions, and lessons learned
- Coursework or projects involving business analysis, project management, systems analysis, process improvement, technology strategy, or business analytics
- Experience gathering requirements, organizing projects, or supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, military service, community involvement, or campus initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

The IT Strategy, Business Analysis & Project Delivery Internship is an 11-week, hands-on experience where interns support technology initiatives that help drive business outcomes across ADT. Interns may work in areas such as business analysis, project management, portfolio management, enterprise applications, or technology enablement, gaining exposure to how technology strategy is translated into real-world solutions. Throughout the summer, interns contribute to meaningful projects while building professional skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and connecting with leaders across the organization.
