Support People. Keep Technology Moving.
Technology doesn't always work the way it's supposed to.
Sometimes it's a laptop that won't cooperate.
Sometimes it's a software issue.
Sometimes someone just needs help figuring out what to do next.
As our IT Support Specialist I , you'll be one of the first people employees turn to for technology support. You'll troubleshoot issues, set up equipment, provide guidance, and help keep the technology our teams rely on working smoothly.
Some people fix technology. Others make it easier for people to do their best work.
What You'll Be Supporting
This role includes the technical support responsibilities you'd expect in IT, but your impact goes beyond resolving tickets. You'll:
Help employees troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and everyday technology issues.
Set up and support computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, software, and other technology.
Manage help desk requests from initial troubleshooting through resolution or escalation.
Keep employees informed and make technical information easier to understand.
Maintain accurate support documentation and help identify recurring issues.
Support technology deployments, updates, equipment replacements, and other IT initiatives.
Why This Role Matters
This role gives you the opportunity to:
✅ Solve problems that directly impact employees
✅ Build hands-on IT experience
✅ Work with a variety of technology and systems
✅ Help people feel more confident using technology
✅ Identify ways to make IT support even better
One day you may be troubleshooting a software issue. The next, you could be setting up a new workstation, helping an employee navigate Microsoft 365, documenting a solution, or supporting a technology rollout.
That variety is what makes this role matter.
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
You enjoy troubleshooting, learning how things work, and helping people solve problems.
You bring 1-3 years of technical support, help desk, or related IT experience, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, computers, mobile devices, printers, and other everyday workplace technology.
Most importantly, you're curious, patient, and willing to take ownership of an issue and see it through.
Technology Matters. People Matter More.
Employees may not remember every technical issue they encounter. But they'll remember the person who listened, explained what was happening, followed through, and helped get them back to work.
The answers aren't always obvious. The problems aren't always the same. But helping people move forward and keeping our technology working is work that matters.
Ready to solve problems, support people, and keep technology moving? We'd love to talk
