Build Relationships. Make an Impact.
Not every member visits a branch for the same reason.
Sometimes they're opening their first account.
Sometimes they're applying for a loan.
Sometimes they're looking for answers, guidance, or someone who can help.
As our Member Experience Consultant (MXC) , you'll build relationships, solve problems, and help members feel confident about their financial decisions. Through every interaction, you'll help make banking easier, more personal, and more helpful for the people we serve.
Some people process transactions. Others create experiences that keep members coming back.
What You'll Be Helping With
This role includes the everday banking responsibilities you'd expect, but the impact goes well beyond completing transactions. You'll:
Build relationships with members and help them navigate their financial needs.
Open accounts, process transactions, and assist with a variety of service requests.
Identify opportunities to connect members with products and services that may improve their financial well-being.
Resolve problems, answer questions, and take ownership of helping members find solutions.
Deliver service that is professional, accurate, and genuinely helpful.
Why This Role Matters
This role gives you the opportunity to:
✅ Be the person members trust when they need answers, guidance, or support
✅ Help members navigate important financial decisions with confidence
✅ Solve problems and create positive experiences
✅ Create the kind of service members remember
Members may not remember every transaction or account update. They do remember the person who listened, took ownership, and helped them find the right solution.
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
You enjoy helping people and finding solutions.
You communicate clearly, build trust naturally, and genuinely enjoy connecting with others.
Most importantly, you believe great service is about understanding a person's needs, not just completing a transaction.
Small Moments. Lasting Impact.
The work isn't always simple. Every member's situation is different.
But helping someone feel more confident about their financial future is work that matters.
Ready to help members, solve problems, and create experiences that keep people coming back? We'd love to talk
