What you'll do
- Provide help desk support, design and implement temporary office networks and phone systems, and create deployment images for employee computers.
- Manage ActiveDirectory and email accounts and help steer the technologies used by the organization.
What you need
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Computer/Information Science, Computer Engineering or a related degree field. Equivalent experience in an IT related position will also be considered.
- Positive attitude.
- Experience working directly with customers and/or end users.
- Computer troubleshooting experience.
- Ethernet and phone cable wiring and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with drive imaging technologies, such as SCCM and Microsoft WDS.
- Education: a bachelor's degree or an associate degree
