Electrician Essential Duties and Responsibilities Must have full and complete knowledge of how to best interpret and read project blueprint drawings. · Must have the ability to layout any room or area with NEC compliant devices, luminaires and control. · Must have knowledge and understanding of how to install all raceways and adhere to NEC compliant wiring methods. · Must be comfortable working with your hands and a variety of tools. · Must be able to troubleshoot and repair existing electrical wiring and systems. · Must be self motivated and show great initiative. · Daily Job Site Flexibility – Ability to adapt to daily changes and mobilize to multiple job sites as needed. · Educated on NEC compliance. Ensure installation efficiencies and standards. · Production – Monitor and manage field production and implement paths to improvement. Quality vs. Quantity. · Best Practices – Improve processes & policies in support of Company goals. Monitor adherence to current policies. · Safety – Lead by example. Enforce and promote all company safety policies and standards.
