This role also supports loss prevention and recovery initiatives within Risk Services. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Consumer loan collections or related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and professionalism Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ready to grow with a team that values your contributions and invests in your success?
