Build skills. Make an impact. Grow your ownership. You will help support and improve the applications that keep our business moving, while learning directly from a senior developer through structured onboarding, code reviews, technical guidance, and hands-on projects. Why This Role Stands Out Work on real applications, integrations, reports, and automations used across CEC. Learn through structured mentoring instead of being expected to know every system on day one. Build practical experience across application support, development, data, APIs, reporting, and workflow automation. Grow from guided assignments into independent ownership of selected applications and integrations. Use a modern Microsoft-focused technology environment that includes .NET, SQL, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure, and source control. What You'll Do Help employees resolve application errors, access issues, data problems, and integration failures. Support business platforms such as ConnectWise PSA, Microsoft Dynamics GP and Business Central, SmartConnect, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate. Create and improve smaller applications, scripts, utilities, reports, automations, and integrations. Use SQL queries and basic data analysis to investigate technical issues. Work with APIs and help troubleshoot data moving between business systems. Participate in testing, release validation, source control, pull requests, and code reviews. Document solutions, configurations, field mappings, and support procedures. Take on larger development and application-ownership responsibilities as your skills grow. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, software development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 0-3years of experience from employment, internships, technical support, academic projects, or other hands-on learning. A foundation in software development concepts, relational databases, and application troubleshooting. Curiosity, persistence, and a methodical approach to solving unfamiliar problems. Clear communication with both technical and non-technical users. A willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, document what you learn, and grow into greater responsibility. Experience That Can Help You Succeed We encourage you to apply if you have exposure to some of the areas below. You do not need experience with every technology listed. C# or .NET development SQL and relational databases APIs or system integrations Microsoft 365 or SharePoint Power BI or reporting concepts Power Automate or workflow automation Git, GitHub, or another source-control platform Software testing or technical documentation Helpful, but not required: ConnectWise PSA, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SmartConnect, SQL Server, Azure, Azure DevOps, Power Apps, Power Platform, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-assisted development tools. What Success Looks Like Resolve common application-support issues with growing independence. Understand how CEC's primary business applications and integrations work together. Complete smaller application changes and automation tasks with limited supervision. Support selected integrations, Power BI reports, and Power Automate flows. Create clear documentation and consistently follow CEC testing, source-control, and deployment practices. Progress toward ownership of selected applications, reports, automations, or integrations. You do not need to check every box. If you have a solid technical foundation, enjoy learning, and want to build a career at the intersection of software development and business applications, we encourage you to apply.
