We are a dynamic, tech-powered creative agency that blends art and technology to create innovative solutions for a pragmatic tomorrow. We specialize in harnessing the power of AI, immersive experiences, and cutting-edge development to drive our clients' success across various industries. Our global collective of creative developers, immersive scientists, and digital alchemists is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Job Overview Forge is seeking an agile, tech-forward Junior Digital Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative studio as an essential production and visual partner to our Head of Design and Innovation. In this role, you will sit at the crossroads of high-velocity digital graphic production, modern UI/UX execution, and AI-augmented design workflows. You aren't just creating static layouts—you understand how modern digital ecosystems operate, from building pixel-perfect responsive web assets and performance social ads to leveraging tools like Claude, Figma components, and generative AI to accelerate production without compromising craft. If you have exceptional visual instincts, take pride in immaculate Figma hygiene, and are hungry to push the boundaries of creative technology across international consumer brands, this role was built for you. Responsibilities Multi-Format Campaign Execution: Design and deliver high-converting digital visual assets across active client accounts—including performance Meta/TikTok ads, promotional email templates, e-commerce banners, and web landing page components. Figma Architecture & Systems: Build and maintain scalable Figma files using strict auto-layout, organized nested components, global design tokens, and clear variant properties. AI-Augmented Velocity: Actively integrate generative AI tools and prompt workflows (Midjourney, Claude, etc.) into your day-to-day workflow to rapidly iterate visual assets, test concepts, and accelerate delivery speeds. Digital Production & Sizing: Take ownership of asset preparation, aspect ratio adaptations (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9), retina-ready exports, and visual quality assurance across all client touchpoints. UI/UX & Web Collaboration: Collaborate closely with creative developers and UI designers to ensure design files translate seamlessly into Webflow and front-end code with zero styling discrepancies. File Hygiene & Version Control: Enforce impeccable organization across shared workspaces, naming conventions, and asset repositories to ensure seamless global handoffs. Cross-Border Teamwork: Communicate design logic, status updates, and creative rationale proactively across our Bogotá, Los Angeles, and APAC hubs in fluent English. Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of professional design experience in high-velocity digital graphic design, visual production, or agency environments (strong freelance, agency, or internship track records welcome). The "Eye": A polished portfolio demonstrating sharp fundamentals in typography, color theory, grid systems, layout balance, and modern digital advertising. Core Tool Stack: High proficiency in Figma (Auto-Layout, components, prototyping) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Working familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a huge plus. Tech & AI Affinity: Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience using modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney) or web platforms (Webflow, Framer) to streamline design production. Language: Professional working fluency in English (Minimum C1)—must be confident presenting work, receiving feedback, and collaborating across time zones. Speed & Detail Orientation: Ability to handle multi-client deadlines with precision, catching sizing, copy, and visual errors before deliverables leave your desk. Recruitment Process You will be contacted by our team within 72 hours of your application. Our recruitment process takes a maximum of 21 days from the first interview, and you will be notified in case of success or failure.
