Junior Lighting Estimator

Wiedenbach Brown, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Lighting Estimator to join our team. Job Type: Full-time; Remote  Key Responsibilities: * Analyze and evaluate architectural and electrical drawings * Produce accurate and timely lighting fixture and controls take-offs * Identify discrepancies in specifications and drawings with design team * Request pricing and lead times through manufacturers and sales reps * Produce comprehensive and timely lighting proposals * Upon project award, produce timely submittal packages * Review submittal approvals and update quotes accordingly * Review lighting changes within drawing bulletins/addendums and update quotes accordingly * Collaborate with Sales team on all proposals * Collaborate with Project Management team throughout order release Qualifications and Skills: * A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) * Experience in Lighting Estimating (a plus) * Experience in reviewing construction plans, specifications, and other related construction documents * Experience with Bluebeam software (a plus) * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word) * High attention to detail * Excellent quantitative and analytical math skills * Strong verbal and written communications skills * Strong time management and organizational skills * Positive customer service skills Benefits: At USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference—to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
