What you'll do
- Test raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products; visually evaluate films and laminates.
- Analyze results and control charts, communicate out-of-specification conditions, maintain lab records, and manage production retains.
What you need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Demonstration of leadership capability and an understanding of the basics of extrusion and/or conversion.
- Education: a high school diploma
