Minimum High School Diploma or An Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
1 year (at least) in Property Management, business administration and/or accounts payable experience
Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Word, Excel, Skype, Outlook, Sharepoint and proficient in data entry.

Provide support to Office Manager to include:
Leasing: Post Vacancies, Greet prospects, follow up on leads, show apartments, process applications
Prepare leases and complete all necessary paperwork accurately
Resident Relations: Listen & respond to resident requests, Ensure all work orders are completed with satisfaction, educate & enforce community policies & rules
Schedule and plan appointments
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues (vendor monthly statements)
Assist Maintenance Manager with office duties, paperwork & special projects
