We are excited to welcome a Leasing Consultant to join our team at our lovely garden style multifamily community in Redland, OR.   About the Opportunity This is more than a leasing role. We are looking for a hospitality-minded, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating meaningful first impressions and exceptional resident experiences. At GLPM, leasing is about more than filling apartments — it is about building trust, fostering community, and helping residents feel genuinely at home. This is a full-time, onsite position with weekends required and strong commission potential. What You’ll Do • Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, personalized tours • Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism, responsiveness, and care • Build strong resident relationships that support retention and community satisfaction • Contribute to occupancy goals through effective follow-up, sales execution, and resident experience • Maintain accurate lease documentation, CRM activity, and resident files • Partner closely with the onsite team to support daily operations and community standards • Embody the GLPM values of Integrity, Community, Synergy, Responsibility, and Care in every interaction What You Bring • 1+ year of experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills • A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating positive experiences • Confidence in relationship-building and sales conversations • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment • Experience with Entrata or comparable property management software is a plus   Why Join GLPM • Competitive hourly pay plus generous leasing commissions • Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization • Leadership that values accountability, collaboration, and professional development • A culture where people are supported, recognized, and empowered to grow   Compensation & Benefits • $24–$25/hour + competitive leasing commissions • 401(k) with company match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • HSA, life insurance, PTO, and additional benefits At GLPM, you are not simply leasing apartments — you are helping shape the feeling of home and contributing to communities’ people are proud to be part of.
